Appearance Release

I agree to appear in this film and to Riegle Productions and Riegle Studios using it.

1. What I am permitting. The right to record, reproduce, exhibit, broadcast, stream and distribute my name, likeness, image, voice and performance as they appear in this film and in stills taken from it.

2. Where it may appear. Any media now known or later developed, worldwide, with no limit of time — including social platforms, advertising, showreels, presentations and the studio’s own sites.

3. Editing. The film may be edited, cut, cropped, re-sequenced, captioned and combined with other material. I understand short clips may be circulated on their own.

4. Ownership. The film and all footage remain the property of Riegle Productions. This release grants permission to use my appearance; it does not transfer any ownership to me.

5. Compensation. No payment is owed for this use unless agreed separately in writing. Any engagement, representation or production fee is a separate written agreement.

6. No obligation. The studio is not required to use the film or my appearance in it.

7. Release of claims. I release Riegle Productions, Riegle Studios and Michael Bruce Riegle from claims arising out of the permitted use, including how the material is edited or presented.

8. Age & identity. I confirm I am 18 years of age or older, that the identification I have provided is my own and genuine, and that the studio may retain it in its private records to evidence my age and identity for this engagement.

9. Withdrawal. This permission continues until I withdraw it in writing. Withdrawal applies going forward; material already published or distributed may remain in circulation.
